Terms of Payment:
• 25% Down Payment
• 25% after finish of all frame work and brick works.
• 20 % after all tiling ,plaster work, stone work on the outside walls completed.
• 10% after all windows, shutters, doors and kitchen completed.
• 10% after all driveways and garden landscaping and swimming pool is completed.
• 7.5% after all physical jobs are completed and the keys are delivered to the client.
• 2.5 % just after registration of the villa and the pool on the title deeds
